(President) Graham Spanier likely out at Penn State TODAY

Penn State University President Graham Spanier will either resign or be voted out by the end of today, a source close to the board of trustees told The Express-Times.

An interim president, most likely Executive Vice President and Provost Rodney A. Erickson, will be appointed and a nationwide search for a permanent replacement will begin, according to the source who requested anonymity.

do I have that correct?

He needs to go asap. He also supported the Athletic Director and the Sr VP in an attempt to shield them from being charged. Most saw that as an attempt to save himself.

I'm going to go farther and state upfront I believe that more than a few of the board members knew and are covering it up. By firing Spanier, maybe they think they are "safe"? I hope not. All of them need to go.
