I wonder if a teabagger could explain to me how this works...
So... A corporation is a person, right?

If a company closes a subsidiary, is that an abortion? Will you send assassins after the corporate CEO's that engage in this type of murder like you sent them after Dr. Tiller? Will you have them killed while they are in church as well?

If two companies merge and the CEO's are of the same gender, is it same sex marriage? Should this not also be outlawed? Should these gay companies be murdered like you murder gay people?

If a company is found to be responsible for a persons death, should the CEO and the board of directors get the death penalty?

Is this how it should be teabaggers?

or... Are you all just a bunch of stupid tools for being in full support of companies being allowed to buy our elected offices?

1. Those questions make their heads explode, whereas Scalia just laughs them off. nt

2. One more question to ask teabaggers, especially evangelicals
If a corporation is a person, can you prove it has a soul? Does it ultimately go to heaven or hell?

3. To their way of thinking
employees are no more than individual 'cells' within the corporate body, and losing them is no more consequential than shedding a flake of old skin.

5. ... and what happens when two companies merge, but ...
... one (or both) of them was itself the result of a merger: is that bigamy?

I think your example is not abortion though, since the subsidiary was already "born": it's child murder.
