all of the Veterans in my life and all of you!!

My Dad(WWII), my Sweetie(Vietnam DU-H8okra) and my Grandpa (WWI)

My Grandpa Ephraim (Civil War)

No more pictures but this is a tribute to loved ones that fought in Korea...

also my Grandma (no picture) who served from 1928 (after my grandpa died) until her retirement, caring for children at the VFW National Home

My father served in the Army Air Corps and (later) USAF.

My mother served in the Women's Army Corp.

My grandson served in the USAF.

I served in the USAF, 1970-1976, attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant (E5).

On edit: my parents met while in service during WW II and were married at what is now Randolph AFB, Texas.

US Army, WWII.

He served in France and Belgium, drove an armored tank. Shot through the left hand...minor injury, but the two center fingers on that hand were near-paralyzed.

Nat. Guard, one tour in Iraq last year. Enlistment ended last month. He's currently waiting for paperwork to join the Air National Guard.

US Army, 7th Infantry, 52 - 54:

And a shadow box I made him a couple of years ago:

He went a few months ago and got a Korean vet plate for the front of his car, and I made some decals, a US Army one, and the unit badge and his years. I haven't got a picture of them, but he was tickled that I could make something like that (he just doesn't get die-cutting machines).
