2. for some strange reason,
it doesn't look like they have welcomed the United States military presence with open arms and flowers.

What our government doesn't realize is this will be passed down through generations with each succeeding one thinking about revenge.

But, we as a nation think short term and profit, in 50 years we'll get another wakeup call and it will be their fault.

4. I agree wholeheartedly
I'm still trying to figure out why we had to kill all those people in Iraq in order to find the Saudis that brought down the world trade centers, then we had to kill all those people in Afganistan because those Saudis were supposed to be there, now our government is softening us up to kill all those people in Pakistan for the same reason

Meanwhile, the American people just go about their business if they have any and they don't talk about the war, or the g.i.s coming back to no jobs, with PTSD and broken families

WAR, HUH, GOOD GAUD YA'LL WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR?

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

5. What amazes me is the number of posters ON THIS SITE who seem fine with endless war

6. I haven't seen too many of them, maybe I'm looking in the wrong place
I don't know. Maybe their posts go off page before I get home from work or before I get on the puter in the morn.

If you're thinking about President Obamas continuation of the war or that some posters support him which in turn leads to

being fine with endless war, I'd have to disagree. Although I don't understand why his policies towards the Afganistan war

and the continuing poking at Pakistan are something he would be doing. Perhaps he'll clue us in this year.
