Stop calling the Penn St. scandal "failing to report" and call it what it IS: COVER-UP.

When Paterno learned about the shower incident and went to the AD, he wasn't reporting an incident to his superior, he went to him and said, "Oh my gosh, this will wreck the program! We've got to do something ... TO PUT A LID ON THIS!!!" Not a quote, but you KNOW that's what happened. And the meetings with the university president weren't about "what can we do to see justice done," they were about "what can we do to put a lid on this and protect the university and The Program."

If the prosecutors, who probably attended Penn State, had any backbone, they'd have sniffed this out already and would be bringing charges of conspiracy and/or aiding and abetting for the COVER UP!

The press needs to stop calling this a failure to report a crime, and start calling it what it IS: a cover-up.
