I felt like I was watching a high school student trying to bluff his way through an essay question, when he had not read the text, hadn't bothered to take notes or pay any attention at all when he did go go class. And now he's trying to fill the blank paper with something he's hoping will befuddle the teacher into thinking he knows something about the topic. He'll get a couple of points just for showing up, and he apparently knows who President Obama is, and that the President had something to do with what happened in Libya. Oh, and he knows that if he were President he'd have a bunch of advisers to consult with before he himself would have made any decision. Unfortunately, he seems not to know that Obama would have likewise consulted with advisers before making any decisions.

I have always suspected that cain never was a bright guy. He ran a pizza biz with ideas he stole from pizza hut. That doesn't take a genius, it just takes a con artist.
