..snip..

Wisconsin lost an estimated 9,300 private-sector jobs in October in the state's fourth consecutive month of job losses, according to data released Thursday by the state Department of Workforce Development.

The losses were almost as deep as the 10,800 decline in private-sector jobs in July.

Cities, counties, police departments and school districts continued to shed workers, cutting an estimated 1,900 jobs statewide in October, according to the data.

All told, with losses in the private and government sectors, the state lost 9,700 non-farm jobs last month

..end..

Let's hear it for Governor Walker !!!

2. But but but but he PROMISED +250,000 new jobs!!
But he promised +250,000 new jobs....

Interesting to watch the spin from his admin. In June when the resorts and waterparks and tourist attractions were hiring, and WI showed some job growth, it was ALL due to Walker's policies. Now, for the last 3? 4? months of job losses, it's all due to outside influences. He has got to go. (That's why I downloaded my recall petitions and will be getting them signed this week!)
