Something I've been wondering about the UC Davis scandal:
Who shot the video and the photos that are now literally all over the globe? If it was one of the protesters, I'm surprised the cops didn't go after that person.
... when Obama was given authority to shut down the internet for security reasons in the event of a cyber attack, etc.... I don't remember the details - was it an EO or legislation - but it could be done.
4. I've seen pictures taken from several different angels - and
in a couple of shots the people in the crowd that weren't covering their mouths (in horror and protection) had their smart phones up, clicking and taping away. So I think there may have been far too many people to go after.
With the way phones and tablets are, pretty much everyone is capable of being a citizen journalist. That's why it amazes me that they continue to do things like this - it's not like they don't know they are going to be filmed.
they are dazed and confused and are looking for anything they can use to discredit the incident and find a way to prevent people from exercising their rights.
Which brings me to this question, who are the culprits here? is it the person doing the act or the enablers.
