6. That just tells me he's afraid of everything.
Everything in life must frighten him. I'll bet he walks around tuned out all the time. I get the idea he was so beaten down as a young kid, he just shut down. That's why his eyes look empty. I wonder who was always preaching to him to shut him down? I don't think Dad was home much, so it must have been Nanny or Mom I guess.
