What's your favorite snack item while waiting for turkey?
I made cherry pie and deviled eggs (Old Bay Seasoning, sweet relish, minced shallots, light mayo). We also have pumpkin pie waiting for slicing.

9. Mmmmmm. I roasted some and used them in my cranberry chutney.
My chutney has dried fruits, fresh cranberries, cayenne pepper, and fresh ginger. It is sweet with a nice kick. The pistachios add crunch and nuttiness.

10. It's just a few of us as well:
Hubby, two kids, me and M-I-L. Niece and her son might swing by later. Dinner close to 2. The rest of the day is for snacking on remainder.

Oh yeah, a baked sweet potato for me and M-I-L.

25. It's impossible to not sneak some of those Frenchs' onion rings out of the can
before the rest go into the green bean casserole.

This year I noticed that Sam's sells a 24oz bag of 'em :)

I can't stay out of them when making my green bean casserole. I made it today and ate about half the container during the week before it ever made it to the casserole!
