Boston Mayor's letter to President of Chick Fil A about gay marriage.

Well, you all know that the President of Chick Fil A wants to define marriage as God defines it. (As far as I know, no one has bothered to point out to him that God, while supposedly saying bad things about homosexuality a couple of times, never actually defined marriage at all, but why bother with facts?)

Anyway, Chick Fil A wanted to take over the spot in Quincy Market occupied for a long time by the Purple Shamrock, a spot close to Boston's heart.

Boston Mayor Tom Menino originally (and endearingly) said that he would not allow Chick Fil A anywhere in the city. Then, I guess, someone pointed out that he had no legal basis for banning it.

Anyway, he wrote a letter to President Holier Than Thou, whose real name is apparently Mr. Cathy.
