The *only* way to cut our deficit is to cut costs...
Not to tax the rich at an appropriate level, no, costs must be cut, so the rich can have more, and everyone else can have less.

And this is a Democratic President?

1. I wonder if he'll mention the tax cuts for the wealthy.

5. And now he is seemingly promoting a flat tax.
That's mighty progressive of him.

3. Yes, we poor folk are prepared to sacrifice gladly.
With our lives.

Suppose there will be any medals given?

10. There's nothing remotely "liberal" about him.
He's a Reagan repug. Hell, NIXON was to the far Left of Obama!

8. No, that seems pretty spot on.
It really is quite simple.

9. Did he really say that?
Never heard the phrase "you've got to spend money to make money" then? JOBS. Repair infrastructure, education spending, National high speed MagLev, END THE WARS and REBUILD AMERICA. Geez, the answers are all right there, everyone knows what they are, and yet he plays the part of a willfully obtuse Reaganite. :banghead:

11. Party of Mckinley and Wilson?
Edited on Tue Jan-25-11 10:09 PM by Leopolds Ghost
Big business progressivism, socially moderate, meritocracy -- if you want a job, go to college. Pull yourself up by your bootstraps? If there are no manufacturing jobs in your town, move to the Sunbelt and change careers.
