Wow - anyone has the link to Obama's statement
He said he spoke with Mubarak and told him to reconnect the internet and social media and respect the rights of the citizens of Egypt including the right to protest.

Saw a clip on ABC news.

Mubarak is a puppet but Egypt is still a sovereign state.
