the areas that are cut are,of course, the programs that might actually help someone escape poverty.We can't have that.

That is the reason for bad distribution systems and poverty, that and population control, from many more groups then the tea party.

The truth, they need people in poverty so they do not claim the same rights as everyone in society, and so they don't have the security to be more then a cog, and the time to think and feel.

If you think and feel, and are secure, you wont just do what you are told out of fear.

That is the actual reason for totalitarianism and poverty. It is needed for an unjust system. It is needed so some can feel like rulers with some feeling of having power.
