Did CNN really think shutting down the Internet would end the revolution?
By listening to CNN, you would think that shutting down cell phones and access to Facebook was a fatal blow to the revolution. What percentage of Egyptians had regular Internet access anyway? and how did revolutions get started in the days before there was even a telephone?

1. Poor CNN
I hope someone interviews the young people of Egypt to see whether the reverse was true. It seems to me that by shutting off their technology the regime made it easy for all classes to join the uprising/revolution. If you can't stay home and use social media, you might as well join others in the streets.
