DU ME experts: Is Mubarak any more or less an a-hole than, say, Saddam Hussein?

Please help get us up to speed on this. We really need a rating system for aholiness in order to keep up these days.

We should start calling him FUBARak, btw.

1. Not even close to the evil that Saddam was.
Never invaded his neighbors. Never launched missiles at anyone. Never attempted genocide. Never used chemical weapons.

More of a standard-grade despot.

4. He is a pile o shit but nothing like Saddam.
Just one example he never used poison gas to kill his own people.

He is more like the ME equivalent of Bush. Saddam is more similar to Hilter. Saddam didn't kill as many people but it wasn't from a lack of trying or a lack of cruelty he simply wasn't that effective of a leader and didn't have sufficient means.
