2. It was 2 degrees when I woke up.
Negative wind chills. Coldest I've ever been in Oklahoma, and I can't recall such chilly weather in NJ, where I grew up.

We're supposed to get rain today, too. I don't know if the temp. will stay above freezing or not. Hope so.

4. 30 here, feels like 21, that's cold for us.
predicting rain/sleet/snow this afternoon depending upon the temps in various areas. Houston is like Los Angeles - covers a lot of land.

7. We are in Iowa - it's about -8
but it will warm today somewhat. Tons of snow everywhere. Much as I want warmth, I fear flooding.

11. 2 Above But A Lot Better Than 24 Hours Ago...
The sun is shining bright in Chicago and people are digging out (if they haven't already). They predicted temps to go to -15 last night...only hit 0, so I'll consider it a small victory. Stay warm all!

We've been below freezing since Tuesday afternoon. No precipitation since the front blew through early Tuesday morning but they're talking about snow tonight.
