Am I wrong in the conundrum facing the right wing of the Supreme Court when it comes to their ultimate ruling on Healthcare?

3. We Are Going to Find Out How Radical this Court Really Is
I expect the law to be judged constitutional, but only by a 5-4 margin. I don't think Kennedy votes with the Scalia faction on this one.

4. The judge's ruling that the mandate was inseparable means they'll dump the whole thing
When that judge ruled that way he forced the USSC to invalidate the entire thing if they didnt like any one part of the law.

5. SCOTUS doesn't have to concur
They can keep the mandate and dump other parts.

8. That's what I want ...
... but the industry wants to keep the mandate and dump everything else.

As I heard Mike Malloy say, "We like that part where they gotta buy. We don't like that part where we gotta pay."

9. i doubt the corporate wing of the supremes will vote against
the affordable healthcare act.

the reason? their corporate masters are moving to implement the law. their corporate masters don't really dislike the law --
except as theatre.
