GOP Leaves Bachmann Alone, Hopes She Behaves
By Jessica Brady
Roll Call Staff
Feb. 3, 2011, Midnight

House Republican leaders have a simple strategy for dealing with Rep. Michele Bachmann: Ignore her.

Paying the tea party firebrand any special attention would only heighten her profile, empower her and potentially create schisms within the new House majority, Republican aides said.

Snip>

"...There is no middle appeal with her, and I think there’s a great deal of concern that the Republican Party is going to be branded as the party of Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann.”

Clearly these two are unwittingly helping our side and causing the other side to pull their hair out! What a beautiful thing!

1. Solve it?

Why, with a delicious videotaped Teabagger Catfight between the pair, which is then marketed exclusively to snot-nosed Teabaggers on late nite teevee as "Sanctimonious Girls Gone Wild: Xtreme Mavericky Mayhem"--all proceeds from the DVDs secretly going to DU.

2. Now if only DU would do the same too...
It's like feeding internet trolls, only in real-life. The more you give them attention, the more they grow.

3. According to the GOP, giving them attention might actually be bad for them and good for us. :)

Maybe we should be giving them attention so they become more and more the face of the GOP? Something to think about.

7. The more anyone tries to ignore them, the louder and crazier they're going to get.
They are the mean girls everyone hated in high school.

They would just as soon take the party down than sit quietly in the corner - they deserve to... were BORN to be homecoming queen, dammit!
