I would like to take this time to thank St. Ronnie for the following:

* "trickle-down" economics - obviously we haven't done enough to help the richest of the rich. Stupid us.
* George Bush Sr. - without your spook VP, we wouldn't have been blessed with the Bush Boys - Georgie, Jeb, and Neal
* Dick Cheney - you believed in Star Wars so much, you gave us Darth Vader!
* Star Wars - speaking of which...thanks for giving us a project that, after nearly 30 years and billions of dollars, still doesn't work worth a damned.
* skyrocketing deficits and foreign debt - we didn't really want all that money anyways, and what better way to guarantee Chinese investment in our country.
* cowboy diplomacy - yes, politics really is like a Clint Eastwood movie. Tell the world to bend over and take it, and they'll surely respect us.

Also, thank you for showing us that laws were meant to be broken (Iran-Contra).
