Gov Cuomo needs to call for a Special Election: "LEE"
Edited on Wed Feb-09-11 06:26 PM by itsrobert
due to Lee's "Special Erection"

" His resignation will trigger a special election in a seat that Arizona Sen. John McCain (Ariz.) won with 52 percent of the vote in 2008.

The power to call the special election falls to Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D).
There is no set deadline for a special election to be called but once it is called, it must be held between 30 and 40 days after that date."

It's winnable with the right (D).

1. So not only are his constiutents unrepresented until the special
election, but this asshole has now cost his district the price of the special election. What an ass.
