I visited CNN.

A few minutes ago, Wolf Blitzer began a two-way conversation with his collegue sitting in front of a camera live from 10 feet away at the CNN studio in Atlanta.

He asked what he obviously thought was a profound and a serious question: "Why today, I mean why today, compared to any other day in this 31 year old regime?"

He then followed up this bizarre question with an emoted stream of harmless verbal gibberish that provided a window into the painful confusion that exists in the inner parts of Wolf Blitzer's brain.

Clearly, events are going so fast that even the the people who usually tell him what he thinks, even they know that they are insufficiently knowledgeable or plugged in to guess what's going on without uttering moronic statements. So think where that leaves Wolf?
