34. Bolo had 20 or 30 Evil Duer hearts all lined up...

and it had happened two years in a row.

He was mocked for complaining, both here and at boards where tombstoned DU'ers still congregate (Hi naja/arcadian/Jara Sang/Goathead :hi:), but it really was obvious that the hearts give to him were not being given in the spirit that the fundraiser had intended.

Personally, I'd prefer if the hearts had only "positive" messages that can't be misinterpreted, or DU'ers be given the ability of refusing a heart if they don't want it.

I was only trying to channel some of antagonism into something that helps DU. I was influenced by those ads you used to see on web sites where they would ask some controversial question and tell you that you could vote if you clicked the ad. I also knew ahead of time that I was probably targeting myself more than anyone else.
