A one day protest isn't good enough. If we protest in state capitals against Republican governors, they are prepared to wait it out. The Egyptians showed us it's about staying power. THey weren't going to leave until they got what they wanted. Whether protesting in Florida, Wisconsin, or Washington DC, we must be willing to stay in the streets for as long as it takes!

1. Not just Republican Governors
Andrew Cuomo of NY is devastating the state, all public workers are under attack...Its a nationwide attack on workers and the poor and it starts at the top. Get out those boots, long haul is right!

3. I'm not going to be taking to the streets in any extended way.
It's just not realistic for me. First of all, I can't afford to go anywhere to take to the streets and there aren't any streets to protest on where I live, just dirt roads. From late spring to early fall, I work 6 days and sometimes 7 days a week, and I can't afford to just take off. In the winter I need to keep the home fires burning. Literally.
