Pro-life? Justified to kill a doctor

The holy men of choice politics are furthering their crusade against women and reproductive rights. Federal legislation of HR3, HR358 and trying to ending family planning in Title X is only the beginning. New state level legislation in South Dakota leans more towards insanity.

State Rep. Phil Jensen introduced a bill that would change the definition of a justifiable homicide.

"while resisting an attempt to harm" that person's unborn child or the unborn child of that person's spouse, partner, parent, or child. If the bill passes, it could in theory allow a woman's father, mother, son, daughter, or husband to kill anyone who tried to provide that woman an abortion—even if she wanted one.

In last night's Rachel Maddow show she highlighted the old school wanted posters that target doctors who provide this legal medical procedure. I wrote about that clip earlier today and her use of the term anti-abortion. It is my opinion that the framing of the issue needs to be surrounded by the overall idea of choice itself and not just abortion.
