Just imagine, say, something similar with (?) a woman being hung by her breasts in a similar comical manner. I can't imagine how disgusted I would be at the image. I like when people point this sort of disparity, as you have done. For those willing to ponder it for more than a moment, it reminds us that while we like to think we're un-biased, we actually have all sorts of little (or not so little) biases running around that we also likely have blind spots to.
