Are there physical limits on stupid?
How far can repubican stupidity go before some natural law is tripped and they're stopped? Just when we thought it couldn't get any crazier, they're so far off the realm of normal that Michelle Bachmann starts looking reasonable. The number of assaults on the public good are increasing at a geometric rate.

1. No, stupid is infinite
In fact if it isnt contained the stupid can create a stupid black hole that sucks everyone else in.

9. That, is a very good description of what we are in or approaching rapidly, "a
stupid black hole that sucks everyone else in." Excellent way of describing it, we are trying to overcome an incredible gravitation pull by "a stupid black hole that sucks everyone else in."

2. Nope, there is no magic that is going to stop them
If the Republicans are going to be stopped it will be the people who have to stop them. Anything else is just wishful thinking.

3. Michelle Bachmann will be considered a moderate pretty soon.
Maybe the day after election day in 2012, if things go really bad.

going on. I guess my question is, just now stupid are the majority of Americans?

I don't know about physical limits, but my favorite Einstein quote is,"The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits."

11. Possibly an addition to that is genius can recognize stupidity, but stupidity can't
recognize stupidity or genius.

10. I know. Shouldn't it implode on itself like the Nowhere Man?
Or it should curve in on itself like the outer edges of the universe....
