Here is A Million $$$ Program That Speaker BONER Should Defund

...This is a program administrated by the Federal Aviation Administration so that airports where winter activity such as skiing and snowboarding take place have some sort of flow control for GENERAL AVIATION arriving in to the airports during certain holidays... I truly understand that it is for safety but who does this program benefit?????....THE RICH and FAMOUS..... Why should we pay for this program to ensure flight safety for those who want lesser government????.. I say if the RICH and FAMOUS want this program they pay their fair share out of their own pockets.... If Grandma cant stay WARM next year then the RICH and FAMOUS shouldnot be allowed to have a form of corporate welfare just so they can have fun and get away from their troubles...

This program cost ONE MILLION dollars each time it is implemented which is at least three times a year.
