1. He hopes to 'restrict' the parameters of negotiating, not banning unions

Of course Walker, and the Club for Growth, hope that this passes legal muster. They've had opportunity to have the lawyers on it since sometime last summer.

The EFFECT of the law limiting what can be negotiated takes away the bargaining power of the union. Combine that with Walker's requirement that no one be compelled to pay fair share for Union negotiation and the requirement that votes to recertify the union must occur each year and the unions become useless and difficult to keep alive.

2. The excessive corruption in our courts certainly won't help matters
Walker has probably paid off Thomas, Scalia, Alito, et. al. to create some kind of loophole in his favor.

There's some GOP-style justice for you.

3. Taking away workers' rights is only going to cause more harm than good.
Some serious strikes will take place in the future. I mean serious. If the conservanazis have their way in their rule, the Great Depression will look mild. It's only going to get worse.
