Human superconsciousness manifests in many ways. This is a more mundane, but nonetheless interesting manifestation.

I have a penchant for the speculative notion that, perhaps, the planet itself could possibly wake up one day, i.e., become sentient. Well, you may know what I mean when you consider the nervous system analogy in relation to the intricate web of wire, fiber optics and networks we have created.

Right now, it is sci-fi, for sure, but interesting to contemplate, nonetheless.

You have to look at it this way - so far Anonymous has taken on opponents with some actual mental and financial resources. Will they do as well in a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent? Stay tuned.

and pardon me if i modify your definition a bit: i would say these are not exactly the unarmed stupid. they're more the ver.resident_evil zombie, infected with an ignorance virus; brain turned to slush & a nervous system running on hate. hopefully, Anon. will be one of the cures.

Phelps is one of the few people who I truly think is sincere in his unrelenting hatred of humanity. Most Republicans are catering to their base and are exploiting them for votes. Phelps on the other hand is a likely a true believer. Its important to remember the guy hates Republicans only slightly less than conservatives. I've even heard him say something to the effect of "the only thing worse than the fag loving conservatives are the fag loving liberals." You have to ask yourself how fucked up someone has to be to thank Republicans love gays.

The Phelpses were around before the internet took off and managed to do fine without it. Crashing their website and hacking their email would be a nuisance but they're all family, they'll just communicate by word of mouth. What Anonymous CAN do is identify and expose their allies. Somebody has been bankrolling them all these years.

Considering their expertise for getting into computer networks, they ought to go into the various utility networks and issue fake change-orders. I think Anonymous likes to keep separate and out of politics in the sense of parties. Though they certainly seem closer to the far left than the far right in my mind at least. I just think they want to be able to claim objectivity and neutrality in their work.
