WI: Fake budget "crisis": Wisconsin Gov. Walker Ginned Up Budget Shortfall To Undercut Workers
Wisconsin's new Republican governor has framed his assault on public worker's collective bargaining rights as a needed measure of fiscal austerity during tough times.

The reality is radically different. Unlike true austerity measures -- service rollbacks, furloughs, and other temporary measures that cause pain but save money -- rolling back worker's bargaining rights by itself saves almost nothing on its own. But Walker's doing it anyhow, to knock down a barrier and allow him to cut state employee benefits immediately.

Furthermore, this broadside comes less than a month after the state's fiscal bureau -- the Wisconsin equivalent of the Congressional Budget Office -- concluded that Wisconsin isn't even in need of austerity measures, and could conclude the fiscal year with a surplus. In fact, they say that the current budget shortfall is a direct result of tax cut policies Walker enacted in his first days in office.

"Walker was not forced into a budget repair bill by circumstances beyond he control," says Jack Norman, research director at the Institute for Wisconsin Future -- a public interest think tank. "He wanted a budget repair bill and forced it by pushing through tax cuts... so he could rush through these other changes."

Just read that Walker's family is originally from illinois - belvidere area, about 50 miles out of the chicago metro -- & some still live there.

just wondering if there are connections to the chicago club mafia.

2. He has been lying his whole life
Rumor has it that he got kicked out of college for cheating
The county he was in charge of he ran it so well it was broke by the time he was done
and then claimed while he was running for governor how well he ran it
Tried to forestall the report until after the election

Sounds like the kind of man you want watching your back as long as he does not have a knife

6. There is a governing concept.
It says the governance should not be a consolidation, and so cuts taxes on rich.

However, the rich are consolidations, and if they have that much money, they have not been breaking up consolidations, so a governmental organization balances that for them, by progressive taxation.

If the rich don't want a high tax bracket, give away there money. And not to make more money or for more control, like with propaganda think tanks, but by giving it to groups that help spread that around to many people.

And actually the 'rich' deciding where disposable income goes, even with charity, is still wrong, since most that have that used bad methods to get it. That is why for many years the sections for charity were not beholdant to the giver, charity is not setting up something to further your agenda. But spreading around some means to a better ends to many people. Charity should not add to a consolidation but spread it around.

In the same way, when something is shared, it should not be to help the person spreading that consolidation. And why I am only due the beer and travel money that is due, not for concepts shared in ideas posted in many comments.

Although I am due beer and travel money and many experiences.
