44. This is the guy who was going to take over after Ghadaffi leaves.

He was educated in the west and even was friends with Prince Andrew. He is considered the most modern and sensible of Ghadaffi's eight kids, (nine of you include the adopted one) and the most in touch with the modern world.

So, he's there for the West. His father never got along with most of the western powers and would not be very persuasive right now, but the PTBs who have been pulling all the strings regarding relationships in that region of the world, respect him.
