Why haven't the WALL STREET banksters been held to task ?
as are average Americans?

Why have the press and the media oddly refused to cover this simple question, and where are those that have it all, and why are those that have created the economic problems now walking away scot-free and with all the gold?

The system is rigged so that those that created this mess and have profited from it, are oddly permitted to skate away with everything they stole intact.

We could balance the budget today if only those who stole it all were forced to pay it all back.

The banksters got paid hundreds of billions while creating the bubble (all ill gotten), and should have lost it all in bankruptcy, but instead they were hurriedly bailed out by both Bush and Obama with our money, and then they profited again on our dime, and then paid themselves more billions for having a rigged casino that produces nothing tangible, and are now buying up the public assets and properties that were destroyed by the bubble so that they can profit again, and they are now creating another bubble by speculating on energy and food commodities.

If I didn't know better I'd swear there is a powerful lobby that is all about protecting these people at the expense of the USA and every American.

1. As the owners of the legal system and the government
they get to say who's guilty and who isn't.

2. But yet we accept an attack on average Americans?
Do Democrats and progressives really understand what is going on, or is it a case of being blinded to reality? If you think it is OK to allow these NY banksters to rob us blind while having average working Americans across the USA be fired, lose pensions, lose homes, face inflation, and be plundered by the same banksters and government, then I do wonder behind what door was the common sense left behind?

We should have millions of Americans marching on Wall St. now demanding that their 5 years of stolen compensation be returned to the people. I'd be there. The actions of these people are the real reason we are now having such dire problems.

It is not about unions or public workers as the elite portray it.

4. No doubt about it
The money buys immunity. There was a lot of sword rattling and outrage expressed by Pres Obama and Congress over Goldman and the banker thieves, but no /nada/zip action. He and Holder have even bailed on prosecuting what many consider the poster boy of mortgage fraud - Angelo Mozilo of Country Wide.

Instead of going after the real villains the media and others turn average Americans on their own. We are a gullible society that is brainwashed by the well compensated media business to waste our time on unimportant things while doing nothing to correct the real inequities in society. The press has done nothing to stir up Americans.
