5. #3 is a legitimate question about WI taxes you use in the OP. Do WI's 1.9 million non-union private
sector, tax paying workers support 175k union public sector, tax paying workers?

I have no idea but I do believe that's a relevant question in a government where a simple majority of elected representatives make laws and spend money.
