These aren't the protests that they financed and the PR people orchestrated. This is grassroots at its finest. Even Daniels is saying the Legislature should back off, although that could just be posturing on his part as he contemplates his presidential bid.

Brothers and Sisters,

As you may have heard, some amazing events are unfolding in the state capitol.
House Democrats, in a show of support to working families across the state, walked out of the Statehouse today. This move is an effort to stop the anti-worker agenda, which includes bans on collective bargaining, bills to lower wages and the disastrous "right to work" legislation, which was shoved through the House Labor Committee yesterday.

These developments are shifting the national spotlight to Indiana and we expect numerous national news outlets to be at the Statehouse on Wednesday. NOW is our moment to show that Hoosiers are united behind their working men and women, as well as those legislators who support them.
Tomorrow, we'll be at the Indiana Statehouse for another day of rallying! Join us at 10am to have your voice heard as a Hoosier and as a voter!
