The Union protests have inspired me.
I'm thinking of starting a collective bargaining group to help us get a working wage based on our education and or work experience. I think a working wage, inclusive of benefits, should be around $250,000. My preference would be a base of 250k plus benefits, but we need to start somewhere. PM me if you have an interest. Thanks.

3. Do you have a journal or post that explains who those people are?

7. No journal
There are a number of us in a "higher" income level, that should be paid more based on our abilities. If I make 125k and feel that I should make 250k based on experience and education, then wouldn't you agree that I need a collective bargaining agreement?

6. Knock yourself out.
The beauty of any contract is that it's negotiated. As such, it's considered the best possible agreement that two opposing sides can live with. With whom are you negotiating?

8. Thanks
Just thinking out loud. The nemesis would be the energy industry. I know what they spend, and without people like me, they'd have a problem. No bus driver = no gas transmission.
