Help, Please?
I am in a discussion with someone who just pulled out the old, "Texas is a perfect example of how low taxes and privatization lead to economic prosperity" argument. I remember an article written by either Robert Reich or Paul Krugman from a few months ago detailing how Texas was on the verge of one of the biggest budget deficits in history (and that the seeming "prosperity" was due to the fact that Texas submits budgets every 2 years instead of every year, and the last budget came before all the economic crises hit).

Can someone give me a link to that article? I've tried searching this site (I know for a fact it was posted here), but I'm not finding it.

Thanks!!!

I was searching under Robert Reich, and it turns out it was Paul Krugman. Thanks to everyone who offered help.

If anybody else needs it, here is the link: http://www.nytimes.com/2011/01/07/opinion/07krugman.html?_r=2&hp

Hint: I googled Krugman Texas deficit
It was right up at the top. Google is very efficient, and just about the quickest way, still, to find anything.
