It's possible to get someone's tweets through an RSS feed -- though Twitter seems to be trying to make it harder to get that information, because they'd rather have you on their site.

The RSS link I have for Olbermann is http://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline/130617778.rss

I can't swear it will work, but you might try plugging that into a feed reader and see what happens.
