4. Leno is likely a union member himself, right?

I haven't confirmed that, but given that a great deal of hollywood is unionized, I'm assuming its likely.

5. I don't have anything against Leno but I dislike his brand of humor

Sort of like I always thought Don Rickles was a pretty nice guy but I never liked his style. I know they do what will sell but I don't have to watch it.
