Sellout in the works? Wi State Sen "Cullen sees way to end senators' hideout"

Am I reading this correctly? Is this the trial balloon for him to jump ship and cave into Walker? "Save face for both sides"?! What *more* does he want the unions to give up so he can "save face"?
