Looks like the voters of Chicago decided who they want to be mayor. It's tough to get a majority in a five-way race.

polling places and voted for the mayor. That's the way we do things here. Whether I like Rahm or not is irrelevant, since I don't live in Chicago. He was elected. He's going to be the mayor. There it is. We have elections. Do you have a different system you'd prefer?

And yes, the system I would prefer would be an equally divided, government-dispersed campaign financing.
