Does Walker have the authority to threaten to fire all those
public employees if he doesn't get his way on the bill? And to further threaten to fire thousands more in a few months? Can he threaten the Dems in the legislature like that? It doesn't pass the smell test to me.

2. I'm ready to go all in! Let him try it and it's game over
for Scotty and his cronies. It probably is already.

4. I don't know if he can.
Can he fire teachers, for instance? Are they state employees?

Give it a shot, Scotty. Let's see how it flies with Wisconsinites.

7. What about a General Strike?
Walker may have to give back more than he's taking.

9. They tried something like that in Oregon
They replaced all the union custodians in the Portland school district with a private contractor. It wound up costing the school district a whole lot of money to defend the suit, and then they lost at the Oregon Supreme Court, and had to hire back every custodian they had illegally replaced with lost wages, benefits and interest.

Then they came back at the next election, looking for more money from taxpayers because of a severe budget shortfall that could have been avoided by following the law in the first goddam place.

11. Walker did something similar in Milwaukee while he was
there. It didn't fly and they had to hire back all the ones he got rid of plus pay them back pay. He hired Wackenhut to do the job..the company of the "drinking Vodka out of someones behind" fame.
