Parents Stand In For Teachers At Tuesday Rallies

For the ninth consecutive day, protesters continued to march at the Wisconsin Capitol, fighting to preserve collective bargaining rights for public workers.

Tens of thousands of protesters have marched on the Capitol for days to protest Gov. Scott Walker's plans to strip public employees of most collective bargaining rights.

"I don't think they can not listen," said Keith Hulbert, of IBEW Local 965.

Tuesday was Hulbert's first time out at the Capitol protesting the governor's bill.

"This isn't about a budget bill, it's about busting unions. The unions just plan on sticking together, showing the solidarity," Hulbert said
