Republicon From Georgia Bobby Franklin Attacking Women With The Possibility of Felony 4 Miscarriages
GA GOP Rep. Bobby Franklin Introduces Bill That Would Force Women To Prove Miscarriage Happened Naturally
Georgia state Rep. Bobby Franklin (R) has made a name for himself by introducing far-right extremist bills. He has introduced legislation barring the state from requiring vaccinations, eliminating income taxes and replacing them with nothing, and requiring state taxpayers to only pay in gold or silver.

Now, he has introduced what may be his most offensive and extreme bill yet. Last week he unveiled HB 1, which would, as the parenting blog Babble explains, “require proof that a miscarriage occured naturally.” If proof could not be provided, the mother could face “felony charges”:

State Rep. Bobby Franklin of Georgia introduced a bill in his state last week that, if enacted, would require proof that a miscarriage occurred naturally. If a woman can’t prove that her miscarriage–or spontaneous abortion–occurred without intervention, she could face felony charges.

According to WebMed, the overall miscarriage rate in the United States is 15-20 percent. The Mayo Clinic estimates that the “the actual number is probably much higher because many miscarriages occur so early in pregnancy that a woman doesn’t even know she’s pregnant. Most miscarriages occur because the fetus isn’t developing normally.” If Franklin’s radical legislation were to be enacted, it could mean that as many as a fifth of Georgian women would be forced to have their miscarriages reviewed by the government — the bill suggests creating a county registration list for fetal deaths — which would be a dangerous and unprecedented intrusion.

What is wrong with these Republicons? What about creating Jobs? All Women should be offended and flood this dirt bags offices with calls and emails. What a sick, pathetic excuse for a human being.

1. Even in Georgia
I think Bobby Franklin is coming across as a fucking loon on par with super top security cleared Allen West and birther supporter Michelle Bachmann.

Fucking repukes are just too crazy for words. I wonder if the morans that voted for them realize how fucking stupid they look to the civilized world?

3. Those Morans...
don't care what the rest of the world thinks...hell they don't care what the rest of the country thinks!

As for looking stupid...that means you're assuming that those voters actually have two brain cells to rub together!

7. Then how did he get elected?
If even Georgians think he's a loon, how did he get elected?

2. Worst "prove a negative" instance ever
In other words, you have to prove you DIDN'T abort the baby. Cuz how can you prove it happened naturally? I guess being dead from a hemorrhage on the bathroom floor might prove something....

5. I loved every comment because every word
written by each of you is true. These people are simply pathetic. We should all be thankful that the situation in Wisconsin is waking up those who were asleep.

We have a chance now to stop all of this back ward thinking and policies that hurt the average person and benefit the rich, super rich, powerful pigs including the government officials who play games at our expense. The republicon party is poison and they are the real domestic terrorists in this country and I say that because it is the sad truth.

They are the enemy within with help from their propaganda channel GOP FOX, various fake grass roots organizations put together by the Koch brothers, Dick Armey and other tyrants like: Limbaugh, Beck, Bachmann, Palin, Hannity, Murdoch, Ailes and the rest of the Klan.

These thugs provide lies, disinformation and distortions that run cover for the government pigs, wall street, big oil, health cartels, drug companies and others to steal everything they can. They keep everyone divided, angry, disillusioned, dumb and poor, while they rape and pillage.

And other countries should want our type of democracy why?

Women, young and old need to become very educated about what is happening because this country is run mostly by white men and Republicon white men are the worst nightmare where womens issues are concerned.

They want women subservient, in the kitchen and pregnant with 100% of pregnancies, ending with the birth of a baby. They are out of their minds.

I wish I could snap my fingers tomorrow, and make every Republicon male in government have a female reproductive system with an implanted fetus. I wonder what these dirt bags would do with that situation?

Are we really to believe that all of them would go to term, put their legs up spread wide in the stirrups, and push out a watermelon sized baby from an orifice the size of a peach pit? LOL Imaging Bohner and Cantor panting and breathing and pushing out a baby from their bodies LOL. Anyway, this is serious stuff, women own their bodies, not the government. Get educated and get into action and vote out the Republicon destruction machine.

6. And of course such a law would dicourage women...
... from seeking medical help, even in an emergency, if they fear being charged with a felony and being dragged through the courts.

10. I know we should not judge on looks,
but I always thought that Larry Craig looked like a complete dirt bag, and it turns out I was right. Sure he had a wide stance in that airport bathroom stall and claimed he wasn't soliciting sex from an undercover male police officer. I always thought he was a liar as well, and I was right again. Just another family values hypocrite. Sometimes, looks can be deceiving and other times we can put meaning into someone's looks that have no basis in fact, it is just our story. Sometimes our stories about a person based on their looks can have some truth, but, very rarely, does the story we create about the way a person looks have any truth to it. It is just us "judging" others. I don't think however, we should loose that sense, that tells us something might be up with a certain person based on their looks. We do need to have a factual basis, in reality for how we feel about or judge another human being, our story is simply not enough. Most Republicons live in fantasy, story and outright lies, I'd like to think that most Democrats still live in a world of fact based reality and base their judgments from a place of what is so, rather than the GOP FOX Propaganda types and idiot rabble who live in a totally irrational world of their own.

11. "Innocent until proven guilty"
What happened to presumption of innocence and the burden of proof being the responsibility of prosecution? Just another anti-American proposal from the reich-wing. *sigh*
