What type of person is Scott Walker?
What is your impression of his character, his behavior, his attitudes?

Is he a leader or just a tool?

My personal impression is that he is extremely arrogant with some sort of complex, perhaps Napoleonic? He is a partisan idealogue. He likes the limelight. He likes to pretend he is giving "fireside chats". He likes the attention of the TV cameras. He wants to lead a movement. He has no empathy for the "other side". That is just my personal impression of the guy.
