Question about the Walker/"Koch" conversation...

This line stood out when I listen to the conversation. It was at the end...

Walker: ...and it�s all about getting our freedoms back.

Just what did the governor mean when he uttered "getting our freedoms back?"

3. that was dogwhistle language

Freedoms=free from colored folks in our neighborhoods. Bush used it the same way. And Koch who practically invented the concept, would understand. If he had been there.
