Walker could go to Government Accountability Board as early as tomorrow. Tapes reviewed, various issues of concern. #p2 #tcot #wiunion

6. Well the insinuation of open for bribe is an obvious one
even to my untrained ear.

I think paygo is a no-no in most states.

10. John Nichols was interviewed....
He said a lot. One thing was that the strict laws of the state mandates the Governor to be working for the people...talking about 'vested interests' runs contrary to that. He also said that Walker did not run on issues brought up in the phone call. The inference about a trip to Cali, a sort of quid pro quo, altho Nichols didn't use that term is unethical. I really wish I had DvR'd this... The Governor is in trouble!

12. Well there was this one thing at the end of the conversation.
Edited on Wed Feb-23-11 11:55 PM by Skip_In_Boulder
Koch: Well, I tell you what, Scott: once you crush these bastards I’ll fly you out to Cali and really show you a good time.

Walker: All right, that would be outstanding. <* Ethical violation much? *> Thanks for all the support…it’s all about getting our freedoms back…

Koch: Absolutely. And, you know, we have a little bit of a vested interest as well.

Walker: Thanks a million!

Koch: Bye-bye!

Walker: Bye.

Do we have a little intent at collusion or bribery here?

11. And pRick Scott pissed off the Republicans in Florida
When he turned down the high speed rail money - they were counting on giving out fat contracts to pay back campaign contributors, I suspect.
