A simple campaign finance reform that would stop the Koch brothers.

I'm so sick and tired of hearing about how billionaires like the Koch brothers from New York can essentially control the political debate in Wisconsin and other states with their money.

It seems to me that all campaign contributions and the funding for all political advertising ought to come only from citizens who reside and vote in the district in which the candidates are running.. This would eliminate two major problems: one, it would stop meddlers like the Koch brothers from trying to influence anyone's election except their own district, and two, it would stop all corporate influence, since corporations cannot vote.

1. I've thought of that myself. No money should come from out

of state or another district within the state. Simple rule, and would be very effective.
