Unions keep the pressure on Walker with new ads
http://voices.washingtonpost.com/plum-line/

The Morning Plum
By Greg Sargent

* Unions keep the pressure on Walker with new ads: The AFL-CIO is going up with new print ads in Wisconsin statewide newspapers, a union official says, pressing the case that public employees have already agreed to the fiscal concessions Walker has asked for and just want him to preserve his bargaining rights.

"Dear Governor Walker: We've come halfway," the ad says. "Will you meet us?"

Union officials and Dems view this as their best line of attack, because they think it has successfully revealed that Walker's drive to roll back public employee bargaining rights is uncompromising, extreme, ideologically motivated, and not about the budget -- rhetorical turf that gives them the upper hand.
Check out the ad right here (at link)

Also: The AFL-CIO is going up with a second ad in Wisconsin newspapers thanking Dems for hanging tough.

1. Americans for Prosperity and other groups are running pro-Walker ads
Its kind of bizarre. There's no election coming up but it feels like there is with one campaign ad after another running on the television.

5. "Call Governor Walker at 608-266-1212"
I have some suggestions for how to identify yourself if you want to get through. Otherwise, expect your call to be put on "ignore."

6. That phone number is also the WISCONSIN online auction
number.

To solve the budget problems, the governor is auctioning off his administration to the highest bidder.

3. "uncompromising, extreme, ideologically motivated, and not about the budget"
Exactly. Since he didn't take the compromise, I hope the unions will retract it and move forward to expose this dogmatic, wannabe dictator.
