2. Ya know you can't get squat for a used scooter. A buddy had to buy
one for his dad. Part of the bullshit where he had too much money to get into the veterans home. They had to spend his last 10 grand on the scooter and one of those really nice lift chairs.
After his dad passed away my buddy tried to sell the scooter. It seems that anyone that really needs one gets it for free or really cheap. For a barely used one, he couldn't get anywhere near what it should be worth. He ended up giving it to another cool old guy in the home. They say he went from being isolated to the terror of the place!
